The package appears to be invalid, not because there could be something wrong with your device, It's because the package has the same name as another gacha club mod/app installed on your device, which makes your device think that the package Is invalid, you will not be able to install Gacha Art If you do not uninstall the other Gacha Club apps installed on your device.
However, you can install Gacha Art without having to uninstall other apps If you change the name of It's package with an apk editor/manager, you can find said apps by searching for them on google, the ones I use are apk editor master and apktool M, both are good and always solve this issue(app not installed as package appears to be invalid).
If you don't know how to use the apk editor and couldn't find a tutorial that properly shows/explains how to rename an app's package, I can send a video tutorial that I recorded.
I am not sure If this will work for everyone, If renaming the package with an apk editor doesn't solve the issue, you will need to uninstall Gacha Club and a Gacha Club mod to install Gacha Art, or you can give up on trying to install it.
For some reason one day I opened my app to see something in Chinese, I didn't understand what it was saying so I can't fix it. I also cannot change the language because it's blocking the function to do so. It's preventing me from getting to the app at all, if someone could help or translate?

I've downloaded multiple mods, I don't think this one works though. I recommend getting a different mod like GACHA nymph instead of trying to get this one. (Gacha nymph is my favorite in my opinion)

and here’s a scary story once opon a time there was a little girl in the forest she was really scared to be alone her parents had died in a fire so she found a house in the window she saw a big black tall figure she looked away quickly and when she looked again it was gone… all she saw was a dog then she remembered from the internet there was something called skin walker she decided to go in the house and she actually became friends with the “dog” a few days later a explorer came and saw the house he saw…….. blood all over the house he saw the “dog” panting covered in blood then the little girls body he saw she was holding a basket and inside was a note the note said I don’t trust that “dog” it’s not a dog it’s a skin walker…..(do you guys want a part two?)

I downloaded gacha art from softonic and it works.
Btw Gacha Nebula, Gacha Luminal and Gacha Nymph are 3 of the best Gacha club mods that are out right now, you should check them out if you haven't yet, Gacha Life 2 just came out too
Play protect keeps telling me that all gacha things are harmful!!!!
Disable play protect and try installing it again, it will always give you this warning when installing apps that aren't from the playstore

MB is short for megabytes, I don't think that has anything to do with the file being made for mobile...
.apk means that it is for android, when it is made for pc it's usually a .zip file

The game works but every time I go to the objects and I click on one to change it, it goes to a blank white screen so I guess no objects.
